EltaMD Skin Recovery Essence Toner is an alcohol-free toner for sensitive and acne-prone skin. It is built on AAComplex, EltaMD's patented blend of three amino acids: taurine, arginine and glycine, shown to help repair the skin barrier, visibly reduce redness, lower the risk of irritation and raise hydration. In EltaMD's testing, one use of the Skin Recovery System boosted hydration by 39% within 24 hours.

Product Details

Malachite extract, a copper-rich mineral complex, supports the skin's own defences and helps clear impurities. Glycerin draws moisture in, hydroxyacetophenone soothes, and biosaccharide gum-1 holds water at the surface. The watery texture absorbs on contact and leaves no film, so serums and moisturizers layer over it cleanly. This is the second step in EltaMD's Skin Recovery System, after the cleanser.
