EltaMD UV Lotion Broad-Spectrum SPF 35, sold in the smaller size as UV Facial, is a moisturizing sunscreen for the whole body. The filters are 7.0% transparent zinc oxide with 7.5% octinoxate, and the texture is rich rather than sheer, which is what makes it suit dry and mature skin. Antioxidants work on the free radicals that ultraviolet and infrared exposure generate.

Product Details

The 8 oz bottle is the body size. At $55.00 it works out around $6.88 an ounce against $11.67 for the 3 oz tube, so it is the one to buy if you are covering arms, chest and legs rather than face alone. Hyaluronic acid and vitamin E sit alongside the filters. It is fragrance-free, paraben-free and noncomedogenic, and it is not water resistant, so switch to a water-resistant sunscreen for swimming or sweating.
