Celebrate Lunar New Year with a scrunchie designed for beauty, strength, and effortless release. Inspired by traditional áo dài florals and reimagined for modern life, the Empress Pink Buckle Scrunchie features our patent-pending buckle design that opens instantly, so there’s no snagging, no tangles, and no pulling. Just smooth, damage-free hair, every time.

Crafted by an AAPI-founded brand, this limited-edition pink floral jacquard honors the elegance of Asian heritage while solving a real hair problem many of us grew up with. Whether you’re celebrating Lunar New Year, Chinese New Year, or simply embracing your culture year-round, this piece is made to move with you: strong, graceful, and intentional.

We redesigned the scrunchie into what it always should've been.

Sustainability

Some Buckle Scrunchie products are limited edition and upcycled, meaning that its materials are recycled and cleaned from unwanted or discarded goods. These are usually fun patterns, unique styles, or already out of stock!

They were made from another company's leftover materials, high-quality deadstock fabric, or, you know, Mom’s fabric scraps that are kind of really hot. So whether you're purchasing an essential or an upcycled product, you're supporting a company that is still figuring out what to do with materials that someone else gave up on.

Yeah, sustainability is important. But it’s also just smart.
