Description
Rethink the way you apply foundation with the FOUNDATION BALM. This formula helps to even tone and texture to leave skin visibly smoother, and the soft matte finish flatters the face in any lighting. The product's unique crème solid balm transforms into a velvety powder texture upon application, leaving you with a beautiful canvas. Keep it simple for a natural appearance or layer other products to create a glamorous look.
The FOUNDATION BALM contains skin-pampering ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and antioxidants such as vitamin E to help hydrate skin and nourish skin. These ingredients help create a supple look and feel.
This product comes with a makeup application brush designed specifically for use with the innovative solid foundation formula.
