ProMeno is our signature hormone-support formula and one of the longest-standing wild yam creams used during the menopausal transition. Developed in 1995, it provides a plant-based option for women seeking support during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause without synthetic progesterone or conventional HRT.

This formula combines slow-infused wild yam root and chasteberry—two herbs known for their influence on hormone pathways. By supporting the endocrine system rather than overriding it, ProMeno may help reduce the intensity of common hormonal symptoms such as sudden heat surges, disrupted sleep, breast discomfort, cycle irregularity, mood instability, and vaginal dryness. Many women also describe a steadier emotional baseline and improved overall resilience as their hormones shift.

Because it works with the body’s rhythms, ProMeno appeals to women looking for a natural, long-term approach to hormone balance. Its track record over the last three decades has made it a trusted choice for those wanting a gentle cream that promotes stability, comfort, and a more predictable hormonal landscape.

For women seeking a wild yam cream for hormone balance—or the most established and reliable option for ongoing menopausal support—ProMeno remains a consistent, time-tested companion for navigating hormonal change with greater ease and confidence.
