ProMeno 6 oz is our signature, extended-use hormone-support cream, created for women who want consistent, long-term support during the menopausal transition. First developed in 1995, ProMeno is one of the longest-standing wild yam creams still in use today—offering a plant-based alternative for perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause without synthetic progesterone or conventional hormone replacement therapy.

This generous 6 oz size is ideal for women who rely on ProMeno as part of their ongoing wellness routine or for those wanting to try the full 3 month trial. (The 3 months is the time it usually takes for hormone panels to show changes.) The formula features slow-infused wild yam root and chasteberry, two botanicals traditionally valued for their role in supporting hormone pathways. Rather than forcing or overriding hormone levels, ProMeno works by supporting the endocrine system’s natural rhythms.

Women using ProMeno regularly often report a reduction in the intensity of common hormonal symptoms such as sudden heat surges, restless sleep, breast discomfort, mood fluctuations, cycle irregularity, and vaginal dryness. Many also describe a steadier emotional baseline and improved resilience as their hormones continue to shift over time.

Because it supports balance gently and consistently, ProMeno appeals to women seeking a natural, long-term hormone support cream rather than a short-term fix. With nearly three decades of continuous use, the 6 oz ProMeno Wild Yam Cream remains a trusted, cost-effective option for those wanting dependable, ongoing menopausal support with a formula designed to work with the body—not against it.
